MOTHERS OF INVENTION • NE IPA 7.3% We were able to get a small amount of a hop from New Mexico that is limited for this season called ZAPPA. This hop creates a distinct Concord grape flavor and aroma.

DREAMBOAT ABBEY  •  BELGIAN TRIPEL•  10.6%German hops coupled with the Belgian yeast create a light, refreshing and slightly fruity Belgian Tripel.

We’ve decided to put off a large part of our construction project to the end of the season, since it would have set our opening back to the summer at this point.
