Taste of East Haddam: Many thanks to the great folks we met today!

So close now…

After getting an East Hampton town Regulation Zone Change, a town Special Permit, the federal Alcohol Tobacco Trade Bureau license and the State of CT distributor license, we take the final step: the LIQUOR PERMIT (Manufacturer Beer Permit). Please contact us with any questions or concerns – we have always been open to discussing absolutely any …

Many Thanks.

Thank you all so much for the terrific feedback and wonderful company. If you missed this tasting, we will be pouring at two fundraiser events coming up this spring prior to our opening. We’ll keep you posted.

Mexican Brown Ale: Black Panther.

…debuts tomorrow. Plus a Belgian IPA that we love but are putting out there in five different forms. We can’t wait for the critique to begin! Of course we will have glasses of the tried and true recipes to sip on as well.

Jalapeno Jack on fire: Tequila Sheila.

…debuts tomorrow. Not for the faint of heart.

Bottling the Mothra: 9% Belgian Quad with Bourbon Soaked Oak Chips.

We’ll see next weekend if Mothra belongs in Belgian bombers… also we are out of space as we go through this awkward barn conversion phase… no worries, mates!
