Last Days of May Tastings sign

double IPA blended with three styles of hops creating a nutty flavor clocking in at over 8 Percent ABV.

Talking Backwards

A Belgian-style double IPA featuring the unique flavor of a Belgian yeast strain coupled with IPA style hops and grains. 8 percent ABV.

Positive Waves

double IPA clocking in at over 8 percent ABV. This is the scaled down version of Ultimate 57, dry-hopped with the citrus flavor of the simcoe hop. It’s hoppy but not bitter.

 Jalapeno Jack

Cream Ale 5.8 percent ABV infused with a generous amount of jalapeno peppers. Our process creates a unique brew with the aroma and flavor of jalapeno without the heat. Add a wedge of lime for a refreshing variation.

Quadzilla

Belgian Quad 10.6 Percent ABV  with heaps of tasty fruity esters, compliments of the Belgian Trappist yeast. The complex malt backbone hides the high alcohol content.
