Porcelain Doll heirloom pumpkins from DeFranscesco Farm, maple syrup from Rick’s Sugar Shack and honey from Peter Engel Farm. Once we discovered that Porcelain Doll heirloom pumpkins create the subtle, balanced flavor we were looking for, naming our Halloween season beer Talky Tina was a must: See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSy8Ko1vSKQ
A Belgian Quad with heaps of tasty fruity esters, compliments of the Belgian Trappist yeast. The complex malt backbone hides the high alcohol content.
Saturday, October 15th: Positive Waves is back in the lineup. This is the scaled down version of our Ultimate 57, dry-hopped with the citrus flavor of the simcoe hop: hoppy beer but not bitter. Fat Orange Cat image credit to Svetlana Petrova and Zarathustra.

Severe Tire Damage is a New England-style IPA hop forwarded with Simco, Citra and Mosaic hops. It’s a big beer that clocks in at 9.4%.
We are waiting on a larger brew system and plan to ramp up production next month. We know how disappointing it is to see a beer run out, and plan to change that very soon. Thank you for your support and patience!
Jalapeno Jack cream ale, The Frog and Severe Tire Damage double IPAs, and Breakfast in Bed stout by Scott Cross of Third Stage Brewing. Stay tuned for more details later in the week.
As the third of the Courageous Cat trilogy, The Frog is a very flavor-and-bitterness-balanced IPA that continues through to the finish with the Mosaic hops.
