JALAPENO JACK  •  CREAM ALE  •  6% Cream ale infused with a generous amount of jalapeno peppers. Our process creates a unique brew with the aroma and flavor of jalapeno without the heat.

 POSITIVE WAVES  •  DOUBLE IPA  •  8.1% This is the scaled down version of Ultimate 57, dry-hopped with the citrus flavor of the simcoe hop: hoppy beer but not bitter.

 MINUTE MOUSE  •  DOUBLE IPA  •  This second brew in the Courageous Cat trilogy blends a trio of hops. The Amarillo blends to bring out the best of the other hops.

 SOLSTICE  •  NE IPA  • Of the three hops used, the El Dorado stands out creating a distinct flavor in this new fruity NE style IPA.

 HOP SECRET  •  DOUBLE IPA  •  This is an east/west coast hybrid IPA using Vic Secret Australian hops, with a little traditional bitterness but still nice and juicy.

 CONSENSUS  •  NE IPA  • Juicy, hop-forward New England style IPA.

 TEQUILA SHEILA  •  CREAM ALE  •  LIMITED AMOUNT. This is our spicy hot version of Jalapeno Jack. The tequila and cherry pepper flavors add a subtle change in flavor.
