TALKY TINA  •  SAISON  •  8.2% A dry Belgian saison, with Porcelain Doll heirloom pumpkins from DeFrancesco Farm, maple syrup from Rick’s Sugar Shack and honey.

MORE COWBELL •  BARLEY WINE •  11.4% Brewed with plenty of honey and Connecticut hops. Mosaic is the dominant hop in this chewy and full-bodied new barley wine.

THE FROG  •  DOUBLE IPA  •  7.6% As the third of the Courageous Cat trilogy, The Frog is a very flavor-and-bitterness balanced IPA that continues through to the finish with the Mosaic hops.

PERFECT STRANGERS  •  NE IPA  •  8.1%  The citra and simcoe hops create stone fruit notes with a creamy finish.

WORTHY OPPONENT  •  NE IPA  •  7.3% Strong but smooth with an earthy dank character.

BLACK PEARL  •  STOUT  •  7.4% This tropical style of stout that is popular in Jamaica starts with a chocolate flavor enhanced by a fruity taste from the hops and then a slight bitter finish.

SOLSTICE  •  NE IPA  •  7.9% ON DECK. Of the three hops used, the El Dorado stands out creating a distinct flavor in this new fruity NE style IPA.
