I’M A WILD ONE • LAMBIC – FRUIT • 7.5% Lambic style raspberry sour fermented with wild yeast and just the right amount of raspberries to make it refreshing. A FOC first.
MORE COWBELL • BARLEY WINE • 11.4% Brewed with plenty of honey and Connecticut hops. Mosaic is the dominant hop in this chewy and full-bodied new barley wine.
FERGUS • SCOTCH ALE • 9% Deep red, malty and slightly smokey scotch ale.
QUADZILLA • BELGIAN STRONG ALE • 11.2% A Belgian Quad with heaps of tasty fruity esters, compliments of the Belgian Trappist yeast. The complex malt backbone hides the high alcohol content.
