Brewed during Nor’easter #3 on March 13th. Grains are from the first malt house in CT, THRALL FAMILY MALT in Windsor, CT. Bittering hops from DEFRANCESCO FARM in Northford, CT and a unique and one-time blend of hops called CHAOS from FOUR STAR FARMS in Northfield, MA (this unique blend is why this is a one-time brew, plus the snow from the storm we tossed in).
