Saturday, April 28th Lineup: Our White Stout, Belgian Quad, Porter, Pepper Cream Ale and SEVEN different IPAs.


JALAPENO JACK  •  CREAM ALE  •  5.5% Cream ale infused with a generous amount of jalapeno peppers. Our process creates a unique brew with the aroma and flavor of jalapeno without the heat.

ALL CATS ARE GRAY IN THE DARK  •  WHITE STOUT  •  7.4% A light colored stout with a hint of coffee and strong notes of both chocolate and vanilla.

SOLSTICE  •  NE IPA  •  7.9% Of the three hops used, the El Dorado stands out creating a distinct flavor in this fruity NE style IPA.

THEN CAME THE LAST DAYS OF MAY NE IPA 7.7% NEW  Galaxy, Citra and Simcoe hops.

13TH FLOOR  •  DOUBLE IPA  •  8.1% Four varieties of hops results in a super flavorful traditional double IPA.

THE MACHINE  •  NE IPA  •  7.6% New England style IPA with a hop combination creating a unique flavor profile.

THE RAVEN  •  PORTER  •  6% LIMITED AMOUNT . This chocolate raspberry porter is not sweet. Three dark malts are used – the highest percentage is the chocolate malt giving it this distinct flavor.

QUADZILLA  •  BELGIAN QUAD •  11.2% Crowler A Belgian Quad with heaps of tasty fruity esters, compliments of the Belgian Trappist yeast. The complex malt backbone hides the high alcohol content.

IPA EXPERIMENT G-C  •  IPA  •  8%  ON DECK. We combined Galaxy and Columbus hops in this experimental brew, resulting in a slightly dank flavor with pepper notes.

BILLY  •  NE IPA  •  7.5% ON DECK. The special blend of hops brings out a distinct orange flavor.

HOP SECRET  •  DOUBLE IPA  •  8%  ON DECK. This is an east/west coast hybrid IPA using Vic Secret Australian hops, with a little traditional bitterness but still nice and juicy.


SOMEONE IN MY HEAD  •  NE IPA  •  8.5% Juicy New England style IPA with a variety of fruit notes.
