TASTINGS AND CROWLER FILLS:

KEEP YOUR CLAWS SHARP  •  NE IPA  •  6.8% (NEW) CITRA, DENALI and EL DORADO hops combination creates citrus flavors upfront and ends with a piney finish.

OUT LIKE A LIONESS  •  NE IPA  •  7% Classic NE style IPA, hazy, fruit-forward with notes of citrus and stone fruit with a creamy sweet finish. Grains are from the first malt house in CT, THRALL FAMILY MALT in Windsor, CT. Bittering hops from DEFRANCESCO FARM in Northford, CT and a unique and one-time blend of hops called CHAOS from FOUR STAR FARMS in Northfield, MA and pelletized at DEFRANCESCO FARM in Northford, CT where the Bittering hops were grown.

DOUBLE JALAPENO JACK  •  CREAM ALE  •  8.7% Cream ale infused with a generous amount of jalapeno peppers. Our process creates a unique brew with the aroma and flavor of jalapeno without the heat.

DOUBLE TEQUILA SHEILA  •  CREAM ALE  •  9% This is our spicy hot version of Jalapeno Jack. The tequila adds a subtle change in flavor.

ASK FOR FORGIVENESS NOT PERMISSION  •  NE DIPA  •  7.9% (NEW) A big mix of a bunch of experimental domestic hops create grape and tropical fruit notes.

 YOU CAN HAVE THIS ONE, COWGIRL  •  STOUT  •  6% Smooth stout with subtle added maple syrup from Rick’s Sugar Shack and chocolate and vanilla extracts.

HABANERO JIMI  •  STOUT  •  7.5% (NEW) Vanilla, cinnamon, ancho pepper and habanero pepper stout.

SOUR EXPERIMENT BLACKBERRY  •  SOUR ALE  •  7.9% (NEW) TASTINGS ONLY.

SOUR EXPERIMENT KEY LIME  •  SOUR ALE  •  4% (NEW) TASTINGS ONLY.

TASTINGS AND 4-PACK CANS:

BLOOD ORANGE BILLY  •  NE IPA  •  6.7% The blend of Azacca and Mosaic hops bring out orange notes and coupled with blood orange puree creates a strong grapefruit flavor.

LITTLE BLUE PENGUIN  •  NE IPA  •  7.7% Two hops from New Zealand: NELSON SAUVIN and MOTUEKA, plus sauvignon blanc grape juice. This combination creates a complex flavor with a tropical fruit finish.

REMOVE THE BEER FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN  •  NE IPA  •  6.8% EUREKA and MOSAIC hops create complex cornucopia of stone fruit and berry flavors.

ON DECK:

 COULD YOU ROLL ME ONE OF THOSE, COWBOY?  •  STOUT  •  6.8% Smooth American Stout with a creamy and silky chocolate malt flavor.

 I DON’T LIKE MONDAYS (modified)  •  NE IPA  •  8% We changed up the yeast and hops just a bit this season. This hop combination creates an initial blueberry flavor and then finishes citrusy.
