YOU CAN HAVE THIS ONE, COWGIRL – Maple stout – 7.4% – Smooth and rich. A bit of vanilla and local maple syrup from Rick’s Sugar Shack balances the dark roastiness without an cloying sweetness.
.EXPERIMENTAL SOUR with PEACH and MANGO – Sour Ale – 5.5% – A derivative from our Walkabout series. We played around with using mixed fermentation to see if we could pull out some varied flavors and an overall different experience.

MOCHADELIC – Stout – 8.1% – Full flavored with a caramel colored head, rich chocolate from specialty roasted malts. Velvety, dark, black coffee from the hand roasted Hondurian coffee beans from Perkatory Coffee Roasters in Middletown. We found that this stout will develop into a sweeter, even more mellow treat as you let it warm in your hand.

LITTLE BLUE PENGUIN – NEIPA – 7.9% – We brewed this beer using two extraordinary New Zealand hops, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin, and sauvignon blanc juice . The combination of these two hops and the sauvignon juice produce a very fruity beer. Mangos, pineapples, wild grapes and zesty limes with hints of a white wine finish!

BABY KITTENS – NEIPA – 6.5% – (4-packs limit of 1 four-pack per person) – Pale yellow with a fluffy white head, a small nip of bitterness on the front that mellows out to a playful medley of passionfruit, citrus and peaches. It has a full mouthfeel yet it’s gentle enough on the palette that you’ll want to snuggle all evening on the couch with it.

THIS IS NOT MY BEAUTIFUL BEER – NEIPA – 7.1% – Galaxy and Mosaic hops. Mellow with a building bitterness. We are tasting passion fruit, and loads of citrus.

IT’S NOT YESTERDAY ANYMORE – NEIPA – 7% – Gorgeous hazey blonde colored brew with soft pine, uplifting lime zest, and hearty hoppy bitterness on the finish.

SWEET JANE KEY LIME – Milkshake IPA – 7.3% – *contains lactose – It’s like a key lime pie in your glass! Creamy with a tart lime punch and smooth vanilla finish.
