The dominant hop is CITIVA (Sitiva), a relatively new hop on the scene. Citiva has strong stonefruit, sweet floral and soft peach flavors and aromas, as well as tropical fruit and lime character. We combined this with MOTUEKA, adding a white grape flavor and aroma.We sold this one last week with our test kitchen no-name CITIVA IPA.
