This second brew in our Courageous Cat trilogy blends Amarillo, Mosaic and Citra hops. The Amarillo blends to bring out the best of the other hops.
Mosaic is the dominant hop in Hopkick Murphy, and we use plenty of honey. This is a big and pleasantly chewy beer without bitterness. Give it a try, even if you don’t think you are an IPA person. This one may surprise you.
