Mike's Hands Crowler

Jalapeno Jack   5.9% Cream Ale

Cream ale infused with a generous amount of jalapeno peppers. Our process creates a unique brew with the aroma and flavor of jalapeno without the heat. Add a wedge of lime for a refreshing variation.

Hop Secret  8% double IPA

This is an east/west coast hybrid IPA using Vic Secret Australian hops, with a little traditional bitterness but still nice and juicy.

Courageous Cat   8.4% Double IPA

This is refreshing, hop forwarded with the citrus and tropical flavors of Citra hops.

Take No Prisoners  9.2% double IPA

A citrusy New England style IPA with a soft mouth feel, low bitterness and balanced hop character.

This imperial IPA is hop-heavy with six different hops, with the citrus flavor of Simcoe up front without the typical IPA bitterness.

Nemesis  8% double IPA         (On deck for later in the afternoon)

Courageous Cat and The Frog collide with both Citra and Mosaic hops, resulting in our new Double IPA with balanced hints of citrus, berry and pine.

Dreamboat Abbey 8.4% Belgian Tripel

German hops coupled with Belgian yeast create a light, refreshing and slightly fruity Belgian Tripel.

Parking

We have a new parking area across the front of our property, and overflow parking on Jacobson Farm Road. No parking is allowed on Tartia Road. Truck parking is on Jacobson Farm Road. For handicap parking, pull right up to the brew barn. Please follow directions from parking attendants.

We have worked carefully with our local officials and police department and thank them all for their support!

Positive Waves  9.2% Double IPA

This is the scaled down version of our Ultimate 57, dry-hopped with the citrus flavor of the CT grown Simcoe: hoppy beer but not bitter.

The Frog   7.6% Double IPA

Very flavor-and-bitterness-balanced IPA that continues through to the finish with the Mosaic hops.

13th Floor 8.4% double IPA

The honey coupled with seven varieties of hops results in a super flavorful traditional double IPA.

Consensus 7.6% NE style IPA

Juicy, hop forward New England style IPA.

Quadzilla   10.6% Belgian Quad

A Belgian Quad with heaps of tasty fruity esters, compliments of the Belgian Trappist yeast. The complex malt backbone hides the high alcohol content.

Aftershock 7.4% IPA

The El Dorado hops create a creamy texture to this New England style IPA with a distinct to this hop fruitiness.

Billy  8.1% NE style IPA

The special blend of hops brings out a distinct orange flavor.

Breakfast In Bed 7.7% Maple Coffee Stout

Maple coffee milk stout, with dark roast coffee, vanilla beans, cocoa nibs and dark maple syrup from Rick’s Sugar Shack right down the road here in town.

Tequila Sheila 6.2%  jalapeno and cherry pepper cream ale (limited amount)

This is our hot and slightly different flavored version of Jalapeno Jack. The tequila and cherry pepper flavors are a subtle change but the heat level is definitely not a dainty difference.

Jalapeno Jack   5.8% Cream Ale
Cream ale infused with a generous amount of jalapeno peppers. Our fullsizerender9process creates a unique brew with the aroma and flavor of jalapeno without the heat. Add a wedge of lime for a refreshing variation.

Walkabout  7.4% IPA                The combination of specialty grains used along with the Citra and Columbus hops creates a balanced, slightly citrusy and bitter taste.

Launch 8% double IPA.                                                     Launch is a New England Style IPA with low bitterness and a clean citrus flavor.

Courageous Cat   9.2% Double IPA                                             This is refreshing, hop forwarded with the citrus and tropical flavors of Citra hops.

Consensus 8.1% NE style IPA                                                 Juicy, hop forward New England style IPA.

The Raven 6  % Chocolate Porter                                         This porter is not at all sweet. Three dark malts are used in this brew, but the highest percentage is the chocolate malt giving it this distinct flavor.

 

 

Coming April 22nd: A lot more beer here. Four packs of 16 ounce cans, contract brewed and sold here on Saturdays in addition to our weekly lineup.

Mike and Scott will be brewing a monthly 15 barrel batch of beer at Shebeen Brewing Company. It’s still our recipe, water profile and brewing techniques but 15 times larger. We will be canning it there and bringing it all back here to sell on Saturdays.

We are so excited to be starting this venture with Launch, our 8% juicy New England style IPA with low bitterness and a clean citrus flavor. We had a great response to this beer over the winter, and Launch will be available here on tap for tastings and fills this coming Saturday, April 8th.
