We are small and love that folks are coming out on Saturday afternoons to enjoying our beer and place here in East Hampton!

img_0133We are waiting on a larger brew system and plan to ramp up production next month. We know how disappointing it is to see a beer run out, and plan to change that very soon. Thank you for your support and patience!

Saturday, October 8th: Jalapeno cream ale, two double IPAs and the return of our guest brew stout. Cheers!

As the third of the Courageous Cat trilogy, The Frog is a very flavor-and-bitterness-balanced IPA that continues through to the finish with the Mosaic hops.

Hey Jalapeno Jack Growler Customers: We had one of five kegs that was not up to our jalapeno standards. Please read!

This was a big, fun, busy day! Mid afternoon, we realized one of our kegs was not properly spiced. We only filled a few growlers from this keg, but if you bought a fill that was not up to par, PLEASE contact us. We will give you a free refill plus a complimentary one.

Talky Tina   7.5 % Belgian Saison

Porcelain Doll heirloom pumpkins from DeFranscesco Farm, maple syrup from Rick’s Sugar Shack and honey from Peter Engel Farm.

Once we discovered that Porcelain Doll heirloom pumpkins create the subtle, balanced flavor we were looking for, naming our Halloween season beer Talky Tina was a must:  See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSy8Ko1vSKQ
