Saturday, October 22nd: Introducing The Raven 6.7% Chocolate Porter.

Not at all sweet, just flavorful. Pour a glass and check out these CT authors! The book will be on the tasting table, along with the Fat Cat Art book, of course.

Saturday, October 22nd just got hoppier: Code of Harry 6.8% IPA is back (limited amount).

This IPA is like a grown up Surfside 6 pale ale, with a bit more of everything. The Sarachi Ace hops in Code of Harry gives this lighter, refreshing IPA in our lineup a hint of lemon and a balanced bitterness.

Hoppy Saturday, October 22nd: The return to the lineup of both Ultimate 57 Imperial IPA and Courageous Cat Double IPA.

Ultimate 57

Ultimate 57  10.6% Imperial IPA

This Imperial IPA is hop-heavy with six different hops, with the citrus flavor of Simcoe up front without the typical IPA bitterness.

Courageous Cat   8% Double IPA

This is refreshing, hop forwarded with the citrus and tropical flavors of Citra hops.

Jalapeno Jack on Tap. Look for the paw!

Porcelain Doll heirloom pumpkins from DeFranscesco Farm, maple syrup from Rick’s Sugar Shack and honey from Peter Engel Farm.

Once we discovered that Porcelain Doll heirloom pumpkins create the subtle, balanced flavor we were looking for, naming our Halloween season beer Talky Tina was a must:  See

Saturday, September 15th: Quadzilla 10.1% Belgian quad is back and a pellet stove is in, both just in time for cooler weather. Cheers!

A Belgian Quad with heaps of tasty fruity esters, compliments of the Belgian Trappist yeast. The complex malt backbone hides the high alcohol content.

Saturday, October 15th: Positive Waves is back in the lineup. This is the scaled down version of our Ultimate 57, dry-hopped with the citrus flavor of the simcoe hop: hoppy beer but not bitter.
