Saturday, December 23rd Winter Warmer Lineup: Stout, Belgian quad, scotch ale, barley wine…plus our new sour, FOUR IPAs and pepper cream ale. CHEERS, and Thank You!

Winter Warmer

JALAPENO JACK  •  CREAM ALE  •  6% Cream ale infused with a generous amount of jalapeno peppers. Our process creates a unique brew with the aroma and flavor of jalapeno without the heat.

ELLA  •  IPA  •  7.6%   Refreshing American IPA.

BILLY  •  NE IPA  •  7.5%  The special blend of hops brings out a distinct orange flavor.

CONSENSUS  •  NE IPA  •  7.6%  Juicy, hop-forward New England style IPA.

I’M A WILD ONE  •  LAMBIC – FRUIT  •  7.5%  Lambic style raspberry sour fermented with wild yeast and just the right amount of raspberries to make it refreshing. A FOC first.

 MORE COWBELL  •  BARLEY WINE  •  11.4%  Brewed with plenty of honey and Connecticut hops. Mosaic is the dominant hop in this chewy and full-bodied new barley wine.

FERGUS  •  SCOTCH ALE  •  9%  Deep red, malty and slightly smokey scotch ale.

QUADZILLA  •  BELGIAN STRONG ALE  •  11.2%  A Belgian Quad with heaps of tasty fruity esters, compliments of the Belgian Trappist yeast. The complex malt backbone hides the high alcohol content.

BREAKFAST IN BED  •  STOUT  •  7.7%  Maple coffee stout, with dark roast coffee, vanilla beans, cocoa nibs and dark maple syrup from Rick’s Sugar Shack right down the road here in town.

 SEVERE TIRE DAMAGE  •  DOUBLE IPA  •  8% New England style IPA hop forwarded with a trio of hops, creating tropical fruit notes.

We had the best first snow day of the season ever with all of you! We really appreciate the great crowd that came out to the toasty barn, and were surprised to see how many folks embraced this weather near the warm fires outside.

To the three guys biking who still had 20 miles to go on the Airline Trail, we hope your warm-up pit stop here did the trick.

Saturday, December 9th Lineup: Both hot and mild pepper cream ales, our chocolate porter and FIVE of our IPAs… and plenty of fires.

TRUST NO ONE  •  NE IPA  •  7.5% A trio of hops, including El Dorado, create a unique citrusy flavor in this new juicy NE IPA.

HOP SECRET  •  DOUBLE IPA  •  8% This is an east/west coast hybrid IPA using Vic Secret Australian hops, with a little traditional bitterness but still nice and juicy.

TAKE NO PRISONERS  •  DOUBLE NE IPA  •  9%  A citrusy New England style IPA with a soft mouth feel, low bitterness and balanced hop character.

PERFECT STRANGERS  •  DOUBLE NE IPA  •  8.1%   The citra and simcoe hops create stone fruit notes with a creamy finish.

CONSENSUS  •  NE IPA  •  7.6% Juicy, hop-forward New England style IPA.

THE RAVEN  •  PORTER  •  6% This porter is not at all sweet. Three dark malts are used in this brew. The highest percentage is the chocolate malt giving it this distinct flavor.

TEQUILA SHEILA  •  CREAM ALE  •  7% LIMITED AMOUNT. This is our spicy hot version of Jalapeno Jack. The tequila and cherry pepper flavors add a subtle change in flavor.
