Look For The Paw.

Many thanks to incredibly talented designer/woodworker and passionate beer lover Thom Sawyer (owner of Chatham Housewrights chathamhousewrights@comcast.net) for this prototype handle being tested in our home taproom.

Mike talks jalapenos with our friend Alex DeFrancesco of DeFrancesco Farm and Four Brothers Till (he brews amazing beer – watch for this coming very soon).

We can’t thank Alex enough for our flowers-for-beer barter friendship as well.

Progress in the Brew Barn.

Yesterday was our first day of brewing in the barn. We still have a way to go: building faucet coolers, waiting on the brite tanks and the recycled pallet bar, and so much more to do before we open. But damn this still feels good. Cheers!

So close now…

After getting an East Hampton town Regulation Zone Change, a town Special Permit, the federal Alcohol Tobacco Trade Bureau license and the State of CT distributor license, we take the final step: the LIQUOR PERMIT (Manufacturer Beer Permit).

Please contact us with any questions or concerns – we have always been open to discussing absolutely any issue since we started this process last May. Thank you!

Many Thanks.

Thank you all so much for the terrific feedback and wonderful company. If you missed this tasting, we will be pouring at two fundraiser events coming up this spring prior to our opening. We’ll keep you posted.

Mexican Brown Ale: Black Panther.

…debuts tomorrow.

Plus a Belgian IPA that we love but are putting out there in five different forms. We can’t wait for the critique to begin! Of course we will have glasses of the tried and true recipes to sip on as well.
